Official Club Pilates Owners Association
Guiding Principles
-
The objective of the association of Club Pilates franchise owners is to provide benefits and knowledge sharing to members, networking between members, aggregate influence under a unified voice, and collaboratively source solutions that have been based on a well researched and fact-based position. Ultimately, the association seeks to provide solutions for positive change, capital efficiency, and knowledge transfer.
-
When speaking to members, one of the top benefits we get questions on is the setup of a Group Health Insurance plan for owners across the United States. As an Association, we have group purchasing options that are not available to individual owners. Providing a plan for owners is one of the top priorities of the Association.
-
The association will negotiate on behalf of the association members service contracts for professional services, as required by members, such as HR Consulting, Bookkeeping, Accounting, Advertising, and the like in areas where a franchisor approved vendor has not been established.
-
The association recognizes the franchisor as the supplier of various goods and services pursuant to the FDD and franchise agreement and will focus group purchasing opportunities on consumables and smaller items not supplied by the franchisor.
-
The association will serve as a single unified voice representing franchisee interests to the franchisor. This will allow for a more effective relationship with the franchisor, prioritization of the issues most pressing to the franchisees, and collaboration with the franchisor to address/resolve those issues.
-
The association will provide a formal and confidential support network for franchisees which could include knowledge sharing utilizing franchisee field expertise, expert guest speakers, discussion forums, sharing best practices, conducting national or regional meetings, participating in national advertising, trade show attendance, etc.
